Helping eBay sellers run their hustles is core to the success of the business. And bringing these sellers global without a single headache or customs catastrophe is huge news, for everyone involved. I identified the key insight that lead to the concept of Unlock the World. Then I wrote and oversaw production of the campaign (multi-audience email campaigns, custom webpages, customer service responses, plus the videos) that celebrated the launch of eBay International Shipping.
